The Outstanding Award and Design Merit Awards are open to 
    architects, designers, and architectural and design students 
    worldwide; the Animation Award is open to all professionals:
        1. For the Outstanding Award and Design Merit Awards, 
            participants will submit a Web-page design project (only
            one project per entrant);
        2. For the Animation Award, participants will submit an 
            animation project on CD-ROM (only one project per  
            entrant).
        3. Participants are encouraged to enter both competitions
            by submitting one Web-page design project and one
            animation project.  
			
    The projects should explore digital concepts such as computing,
    information, electronic media, hyper, virtual, and cyberspace 
    in order to help define and discuss future spaces and architec-
    ture in the digital age.
